Oil-water separation technique: Three Winning moves for demulsification

Industry pain point: The difficulty in distinguishing between oil and water is like a bone stuck in the throat. The 2024 "China Industrial Lubrication White Paper" shows that 78% of hydraulic system failures are related to oil emulsification. The core three methods break the deadlock
 
The first method: The thermal cell wall breaking method reduces the strength of the interfacial film through gradient heating (recommended at 80-120℃), and in combination with a vacuum dehydration device, it can achieve a moisture content of less than 500ppm.
