If the concentration of water soluble metal working fluid is too high, it will corrode the machine and form foam; if the concentration is too low, it will easily cause odor in summer and poor anti-rust effect. Therefore, the cutting fluid must be used in proportion with water.
1. Method of mixing water-soluble cutting fluid:
(1) Before dilution, accurately calculate the required amount of cutting fluid, and then gradually add it to the water. During the addition process, keep stirring at a slow speed, and do not rotate, but turn upside down.
(2) When adding more, be sure to add the diluent according to the proportion. Do not add water without cutting fluid. The concentration should be controlled between 4% and 8%;
(3) Please lock the barrel cover at any time after use.
2. Preparation concentration and water ratio of water-soluble cutting fluid:
(1) General cutting process: 5%-8% (water ratio: about 1:20 or 1:12);
(2) Medium and heavy load cutting process: 7%-20% (water ratio: about 1:14 or 1:5); The final water ratio should be determined according to the processing technology and processing materials. Note: It is recommended that the preparation concentration in summer should be slightly higher than the specified concentration.
3. Precautions for the preparation of water-soluble cutting fluid:
(1) Do not add anything else to the cutting fluid;
(2) The system should be thoroughly cleaned every 6 months.
