Cutting Oils:
Excellent lubrication, strong rust prevention, and high surface finish quality. Suitable for various metal materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high-nickel steel, heat-resistant steel, and mold steel. Widely used in turning, milling, boring, high-speed tapping, drilling, reaming, broaching, gear hobbing, and other cutting processes. Disadvantages include high usage costs, significant oil mist generation, and poor cooling performance.
